(BAAC - OPEN MARKET - Frankfurt Stock Exchange) - Brac Systems is pleased to announce the sale of their largest combined commercial greywater and rainwater recycling system to the historical monument Hotel Chez Henri in Gatineau, Quebec, Canada.

The establishment's historical architecture and background combined with the implementation of progressive, energy efficient and environmental design has made Hotel Chez Henri a logical choice for the government to lease the building for three hundred civil service officials to work.
"We are very pleased with the sale of this combined greywater and rainwater system at the Hotel Chez Henri here in Quebec, not only for the commercial and environmental benefits but also the fact another public private partnership recognises the impact our greywater and rainwater system will have." said Dennis S. Yasar, President & CEO of Brac Systems Inc. "Once governments determine your products are a valuable and viable commodity the credibility of the product and the company increases significantly"
Based on discussions and requests, over 65 quotations for commercial greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting systems from governmental and other agencies in twelve countries are expected to transfer to key sales within the forthcoming thirtysix months. This represents an immense opportunity to supply this potential huge market of government building with greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting systems. Brac Systems Inc. completes sales of Commercial Greywater Recycling and Rainwater Harvesting Systems to the Ontario Ministry of Education, Ontario, Canada.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada, July 29, 2010 - Brac Systems Inc. (BAAC - OPEN MARKET - Frankfurt Stock Exchange) - Brac Systems Inc. is delighted to announce the completed sale of eleven commercial greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting systems and one semi-commercial greywater recycling system for installation in seven schools in the province of Ontario, Canada.
As part of the Green Schools Pilot Initiative (GSPI) developed and fully funded by the Ministry of Research and Innovation in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, Brac Systems Inc. commercial greywater recycling and rainwater harvesting systems will be installed into seven schools from various school boards throughout Ontario. The systems will be operational for the start of the new school year in September 2010. During the first year of operation, the viability of this innovative technology will be tested and when approved, further orders from the Ontario Ministry of Education are expected to follow.
"The completion of this sale to the Ontario Ministry of Education has been a key accomplishment, demonstrating Brac Systems is recognised by educational government agencies as the leader in its field" said Dennis S. Yasar, President & CEO of Brac Systems Inc. "The province of Ontario alone has over five thousand publicly funded elementary and high schools as well as forty four colleges and universities. Considering commercial greywater and rainwater systems retail from $15,000 to $80,000 the global market in the educational sector is potentially immense."
Over fifty schools, colleges, universities and student dormitories in Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Cyprus and USA have been sent quotations with many anticipated to translate into key sales. Brac Systems Inc. is expecting, based on the volume of inquires arriving on a daily basis, to be submitting more new quotations to the educational sector in the coming months. The timely decision for Brac Systems Inc. to become a publicly traded company was essential for generating financial support. "As previously stated, selling no more than 20% of the total company stock is necessary for the company to expand and keep pace with increased global demand for the entire existing and future products." Said Mr.Yasar.

Brac Systems Inc. sells Commercial Greywater Recycling System to the Resource Access Center Development, Portland, Oregon, USA.
Montreal, Quebec, Canada, July 14, 2010 - Brac Systems Inc. (BAAC - OPEN MARKET - Frankfurt Stock Exchange) - Brac Systems is pleased to announce the sale of their commercial greywater recycling system to the Resource Access Center Development, Portland, Oregon, USA, due to be in operation early summer 2011.
The Portland City Council adopted a resolution: "Home Again: A Ten Year Plan to End Homelessness". The Plan included a Resource Access Center (RAC) which would provide homeless people with quick and direct access to programs that move them directly into permanent housing. With federal funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development the RAC is critical to the implementation of the City's next phase in its plan to end homelessness. The RAC development is comprised of the following three divisions:
. Day Center - A central intake area for sixty to seventy people at a time with up to two hundred a day.
. Shelter - A ninety bed men's transitional shelter.
. Housing - One hundred and thirty studio units of housing.
"Brac Systems applauds the Portland City Council actions to end homelessness with one of the largest undertakings of its type in the U.S.A." said Dennis S. Yasar, President & CEO of Brac Systems Inc. "Having a Brac Systems commercial greywater recycling system in such a remarkable project shows just how versatile our systems can be. One system will collect, treat, store and recycle greywater to the restrooms in three distinctelements within the eight floors of the Resource Access Center. Brac Systems Inc, as a Canadian company is the only foreign company in this field accepted by the U.S. government for projects receiving financial support from governmental agencies."
With the purchase for the RAC by the Portland City Council, Brac Systems is confident of securing a sale for systems to service a seven hundred and fifty man day center for the homeless in the same city by 2011.
Sales of greywater systems for homeless shelters are not new to Brac Systems with a homeless shelter in St. Louis, Missouri servicing one hundred men, already supplied and more submitted quotations to a number of other such facilities for up to three thousand men. These facilities spanning four different U.S. States are expected to transfer into sales in the near future. Brac Systems is rapidly becoming the preferred greywater recycling supplier by government and city council project developers, architects and engineers.
