The CGW-4200, with a liquid capacity of 3600 Litres (950 US Gal.), is our most compact commercial system designed for smaller apartment, hotel and shelter home applications or when space is limited.

For instance, an application for a CGW-4200 would be a 25-room apartment building with an average of 75-person occupancy, each contributing 50 litres (13.2 US Gal.) of greywater daily. This would be sufficient enough water volume to take care of the entire buildings daily toilet flushing requirements.

25 rooms X 75 people X 50 L/ shower = 3750 L (989 US Gal.) per day

Note: One person’s daily shower volume approximately equals the daily toilet flush volume requirements.

Features of the Brac System
The BRAC CGW Commercial Systems are a complete all-in-one greywater recycling system which includes an in-ground holding tank, in-ground primary and secondary filter housings, a managed chlorination system with a dedicated pump, a variable frequency, 5hp constant pressure greywater pumping system, primary and secondary filter alarms, and water counters for both fresh water and greywater to show water consumption and savings.

Indoor Uses
The indoor uses would include capturing the greywater from the bathtubs, showers and laundry and reusing it to flush toilets. There are a variety of uses for any surplus greywater produced from inside the building, including use in sub-surface irrigation systems.

Outdoor Uses
Some examples for outdoor uses would be to route rainwater into the CGW’s main holding tank and reuse it for irrigation purposes, or installed at commercial carwashes to recycle the large volumes of water that have typically been wasted.
