Dennis S. Yasar
- President
and Founder

In February 2005, Mr. Dennis S. Yasar founded Brac Systems
Inc., a Canadian corporation now with 15 employees. Mr. Yasar has been a
successful international real estate entrepreneur for over 8 years in
Canada and Turkey.
Mr. Dennis S. Yasar's relentless dedication and support in building a strong
international distribution network has propelled Brac Systems to the
forefront of the industry worldwide. Foreseeing the evolution of the
residential and commercial Grey Water Recycling systems and his unique
qualities of selecting and retaining strong key executives and directors has
set a very strong foundation for the future of Brac Systems Inc.
In 2004, Mr. Dennis S. Yasar was presented with an idea for a residential
grey water recycling system. Having been born, raised and educated in Europe
where environmental consciousness and conservation is mainstream, he
instantly understood the magnitude of this opportunity.
Prior to Brac
Systems (2002-2008), Mr. Dennis S. Yasar was a major shareholder in SRA
Karting Intl. Inc. and has contributed in establishing the distribution and sales
network in Canada. Since then, SRA Karting Intl. Inc. has become one of the largest
importer, distributor and motor preparation of recreational motor sports
products in the world and has increased their revenues by over 300% annualy.
In 1989, Mr. Dennis S. Yasar received his Senior Degree in Science &
Research at the Federal Ministry of Science and Research in Hamburg,
Germany.

Ronald Arsenault - Chief Technology
Officer - Senior VP Product Development

As
Chief Technology Officer and Senior Vice President of Product Development at
Brac Systems Inc. Mr. Ronald Arsenault directs the company's Research and Development portfolio
with an eye toward innovation, accessibility and eco-responsibility.
With an engineering background and more than 25 years experience in the
technology industry, Mr. Ronald Arsenault is responsible for managing Brac
Systems' technology decisions and architecture as well as contributing to
the company's direction making decisions. His team leads Brac Systems
product development program.
Passionate about technology and its possibilities, Mr. Ronald Arsenault
supports open development models that stimulate communication, creativity
and innovation.
In the two first years, Mr. Ronald Arsenault has headed the development
of the RGW (Residential Grey Water) series, the CGW series (Commercial Grey
Water), established the technical platform that will support future
developments such as alarm & monitoring products, and compact water
management systems in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.
Before joining Brac Systems in 2006, Mr. Ronald Arsenault was senior
architecture director for CGI and has over 25 years experience in the
telecommunication and software engineering field.

Emmanuel Brien - Research and Development and Technical
Director

As
Research and Development and Technical Director at Brac Systems Inc., Mr. Emmanuel Brien has a
rich Research and Development background and is responsible for processing, conducting, and
reporting the complete Research and Development portfolio based on Brac
Systems' corporate strategy.
Since 2007, Mr. Emmanuel Brien's contributions and innovations for Brac
Systems Inc. are tremendous. He has been directly involved in the
development of the RGW (Residential Grey Water) series, the SGW series
(Commercial Grey Water), has headed the production team for the new
product's series and is currently involved in the development of the next
generations of products and services.
Before joining Brac Systems Inc., Mr. Emmanuel Brien was part of the
research and development department of the motor division for SRA Karting
Intl. (2002-2005). His major contributions were fine tuning superior motor
packages for well-known race series such as Formula Atlantic, Formula Ford
and both Honda and Toyota touring car championship series.
Mr. Emmanuel Brien holds a Bachelors degree in physics from the University
of Moncton, NB in which he participated in green energy research and
development projects.

Blair Gautschi - Vice President Project
Coordination - Chief Compliance Officer

As Vice President of Project Coordination, and Chief
Compliance Officer at Brac Systems Inc., Mr. Blair Gautschi provides onsite
technical support and consultation during large commercial installations,
most notably overseeing the commercial installations on the Palm Island
Jumeirah in Dubai, UAE.
With over 20 years experience as a Master Plumber, Mr. Blair Gautschi had
operated a successful plumbing company in Kelowna, BC from 1997-2006. This
broad spectrum of experience in both the residential and commercial plumbing
sectors quickly proved Mr. Blair Gautschi as an asset to Brac Systems Inc.
His valuable knowledge in the plumbing field ensures that all Brac products
are compliant with current local and International Codes and Standards. Mr.
Blair Gautschi assists the International Brac distribution network with
obtaining their greywater recycling approvals locally and has since expanded
his role to consultant to the Brac Systems Research and Development team during the design
and
testing phases of development to direct and insure product compliance.

Patrick Moreau M.B.A., LL.B. - CLO
|
|
Patrick
Moreau has been a member of the "Barreau du Quebec" since 1993. He holds a
bachelor's degree in law from the University of Montreal (L.L.B. - 1991) and
a business and administration master's degree from the "Ecole des Hautes
Etudes Commerciales de Montreal" (M.B.A. - 1998).
Mr Moreau has held a position within a private law cabinet for over five
years specializing in commercial litigation and since 1999, he has been
employed by SRA Karting Intl. Inc. He is involved in all legal, regulatory
and compliance matters for Brac Systems Inc. and acts as an advisor on all
legal matters to the board members.
Over the last 10 years, Mr. Moreau has also been involved with various non
profit organizations and is currently working on a campaign to raise funds
for the "Societe de Leucemie et de Lymphome du Canada" in support cancer
research

Samuel Seguin CA
- CFO
|

Samuel
Seguin is a chartered accountant and is a member of the "Ordre des
comptables agrees du Quebec". He holds a bachelor's degree in management as
well as a public accounting diploma from the "Ecole des Hautes Etudes
Commerciales".
Mr. Seguin is employed by the Raymond Chabot Grant Thorton firm as a
verification and expertise accountant. He is also a private accounting
consultant who has worked with various Canadian companies.
Mr. Seguin has been the principal accountant for Brac Systems Inc. since its
creation in 2005 with his accounting, financial and fiscal expertise being
an important asset in Brac Systems strategic orientation and decision
making. |
